    ***Official*** England in Pakistan

Wouldnt really be an Pak v England series without controversy, cheating, chucking, ball tampering, umpiring ;) Marc , That is what I am suggesting that if it is not currently allowed then maybe it should be. They consult on runouts, boundaries so they should on close catches especially as...

Actually I read about it first then saw it on the highlights. It was a leap of faith on Daryl H's behalf about his eye sight. If there was doubt on his mind then he should have consulted. Regulations can be and should be changed so that umpires can consult such close things. As a tradiotionalist...

Shouldn't the umpires call them if they chuck as was the case? It is umpire's duty to do this and it was done. It's not like PCB hasnt wasted money sending both of them to aus and SA to correct their actions. If there is a relapse in middle of the game then there is not much the mgmt or captian...

I think it was Rashid Latif but do'nt quote me as I havent read what he has to say. Rashid Latif was banned for exactly the same thing so he may be justified in making that statement. As for pots and kettles what exactly do you mean?

Agreed Speed King, this is only the first day and England have it all to play for and try to come back strong. I thought they played really well to take to the first three wickets on a dead flat wicket. The catch by flinty was simply outstanding or 'maagic' as David lloyd is apt to put it. the...

    Brilliant, elegant & excellent batsmen

One little known guy called Majid Khan who epitomised the three things mentioned Sachin T ofcourse..I mean goes without saying, where to start and where to finish on such a natural hitter of the ball? Brian Lara- one of only a handful of batters capable of playing with such wanton abandon...

Excellent result for Pak. This is a character building win for Pakistan and should instill some self belief in the team. Great the way they fought back and did not crumble under enormous pressure... England..well cant help but feel they let themselves down in the first innings after being in the...

well good for Pak A, obviously they found the wicket okay for batting. England should not be unduly worried about the defeat though, they lost a side game in SA as well and won the test series (cricinfo) but the loss of Vaughn could be a major blow!!he keeps the team on their toes. Someone else...

Betting on the world cup !!

Thanks BB... I think I got the hang of it. So if an Aus v England ODI. The spread on England batting is 250-270 and I buy ? (i.e back England to score more than 270 at a quid each and England score 300, I make £30. However if England are all out for 200, I lose £50. What if England score 260...
