    What he's getting at I suspect is making sure you get your weight moving forward as you play a shot. In all sports, golf, baseball, boxing even, you have to get your weight from you back foot to your lead foot as you 'hit' a shot. Rather like golf you can keep all your weight on your back foot...

    I agree .. were not that strong a side IMHO. Mickey Vaughan is *really* struggling and either he comes good this series or his place is seriously under threat. He's going back to 3 where he should be a little better but he's not made any runs this season at all Bell and Colly ditto have done...
