Now with his 8th, if he gets the last one he will have 9! Edit: Duval kills it but 8 wickets is still dam good figures.

Cowan passes the 100, nice to see him making runs now after a slow start. George has been the pick of the bowlers for SA.

Bowling looks light for both squads. We have ****ley, Clark, Hazelwood with Smith, Henriques and maybe Lambert. Doesn't really have the strike power, it's a shame that Starc got injured as he did add a bit more to the attack. Bird should be in the FRC team unless he isn't fit or his action is...

Smith has always been a work in progress, Jenner said he needs 5 years before he is at the right stage and that was said last year. His control should develop with more matches.

Didn't know NZ didn't even show their own domestic comp. Definitely email about that, at worst they should be showing a lot more NZ ODD matches.

Don't know what Casson did to be dropped, tough call. But I would have put Hazelwood over O'Keefe, Smith was clearly the main spinner last game. But I guess they don't want to put too much workload on Hazelwood.

Birt definitely should be next in line for the ODI side, I would have him ahead of Voges since we could use another big hitter in the side.

I would have Ferguson over Marsh which gives the middle order another run a ball batter. Could even have Hopes over Marsh for his bowling. Clarke in for Voges, Haddin for Manou, Lee for McKay. Bracken can also make a case for inclusion given hes our best ranked bowler still.

Hope Cooper goes on with it and cements his spot in the FC side for SA.

Smith certainly was aggressive, sadly didn't last long. Walter with the much needed breakthrough.

Nice knock by Lockyear and Birt provided some handy hitting.

It was good bowling by McKay who managed to get extra bounce from his slower ball. Tendulkar picked it hence the reason he tried the scoop shot but didn't account for the extra bounce. Can't really blame him as more times than not that shot would come off for him.

Good to see Khawaja making a 50. Good 100 by Katich, just a shame he could go on as we are facing a stiff battle getting to WA 1st innings total atm. Hope Smith makes some runs and Rorher continues his form.

Awesome win for Australia, great death bowling by all involved. Credit to India they gave this a bloody good chase, Tendulkar's knock was superb.

350 is a good total, we don't have the overly attacking bowlers that in the past conceded those record totals. But the inexperience might get to our bowlers.
