gee, Southee has been a real weak link here.

So Parker currently weighs 125 kg = 275 lbs. Sorry, but being the same dimensions as Tyrel Lomax isn't going to win you a heavyweight boxing match.

Yeah if all those fights happen I don't think I've ever seen a better card than that.

He needs to fight with confidence in the way he was fighting against Whyte until the headbutt. He can do that, but I don't know for how many rounds. Particularly if he's planning to come in heavy.

The work rate is the problem. Zhang and Wilder were perfect for Parker in some respects in that he could be cute and not have to work too hard. Dubois has showed a (I suspect chemically enhanced) high work rate ever since his loss to Usyk. The route to victory for Parker is to fight how he did...

These predatory MTF ads really get me angry. No mf you're not the family saviours you're ****ing vultures. The fact this is on free to air tv makes it even worse.

None of them were half chances. All regulation or moderately difficult catches that you would expect a club player to take, let alone international cricketers.

Did Marshall and McGrath have it easier?

OK I agree with your argument but ummm can you explain this maths to me?

Hmmm, fair to say that Latham and Conway are worse versions of themselves currently. But then, Ross Taylor was also pretty faded at that time, and I'd say Ravindra today is a better player than Taylor was then. Mitchell and GP on par-ish with Nicholls/CdG. Current Blundell a big step down from...

Can't really agree with this. Ravindra looks to be at least in Taylor's class. Glenn Phillips is at least in Nicholl's class. O'Rourke looks quality. Henry is a much better bowler now than what he was at that time. Player for player we're in the same realm. Just playing poorly.

I don't know if I've ever seen a test match so well and truly gift-wrapped for an away side. England have not had to work hard for wickets or scrap hard with the bat. We've just given them wickets for free and then dropped dollies the whole test.

So we could get 3-4 good years out of him.

Yeah would have to think this match is over. Don't think NZ can bat long enough to save it.

can people stop saying "Short Ball Theory" when it's not a theory, it's a strategy? Like it would be a theory if you said "I think the short ball might get them out". But if you're bowling short balls. It's not a theory is it? It's a strategy.

Has the same natural inswing too. Lovely ball position. will play 8 test matches over a 10 year career.

"Question some of the tactics of New Zealand" Yeah, the tactic of dropping the ball 7 times seems to have been the boldest strategy, Cotton.

O'Rourke looks a million dollars to be honest. Just very gutting to watch this type of bowling not being supported in the field.

So if 7 of your 11 batsmen give their wickets away, and you drop 7 regulation chances, how do you expect to win a test match? Just has been a pathetic display from this team. Multiple opportunities to take control of the match and instead we've basically gifted England a test match win. So so...
