Depends who is available - who is on tour and what not.GoT_SpIn said:Are they using basically the same squads?
I am guessing that the likes of Flintoff, Harmison and Kallis will come in for the World XI. It depends when they hold the match though, I'm sure they will have the sense not to make it clash with the VB Series, otherwise the World XI squad will be cut in half.GoT_SpIn said:Are they using basically the same squads?

I doubt Bond would play though, seeing as he hasn't played any serious cricket for the better part of 18 months.Mister Wright said:I'd say a full strength squad would see Pollock, Kallis, Flintoff & Bond replace Hayden, Gough, Bravo & Gayle/Fleming unless they have to pick a Zimbabwean where Taibu & Chigumbura could be the only serious possibilities.

Yes, but that wasn't what I said!Pratyush said:It remains an official one dayer whether he bats or not!
I think someone stuck an extra 0 in by mistake, but then others have bid on past that. It had got up to $800,000 anyway!broncoman said:Warne's shirt is now fetching a bid of $16 million lol, some people will ruin what was a great idea to auction these shirts....
From watching the bids, it looks it.broncoman said:the coin(s) are fetching around half a million, anyones guess if thats a serious bid or not...
By the way eBay works, at least two people must have placed bids over AU$15,000,000 - you put in an amount, and it uses that as a 'maximum bid'. It'll only go slightly higher than the next highest bid by another person. So for all we know, the maximum bid is even higher... I dare someone to test it.marc71178 said:I think someone stuck an extra 0 in by mistake, but then others have bid on past that. It had got up to $800,000 anyway!

I bet he hopes Warne won't be playing in many more Rest of the World teams...otherwise that shirt won't be worth as much (as if it was the only one).Loony BoB said:By the way eBay works, at least two people must have placed bids over AU$15,000,000 - you put in an amount, and it uses that as a 'maximum bid'. I doubt two people made the same mistake. Either way, it's ... just... beyond belief that a shirt can fetch that much money. I'm amazed. Surely someone is playing a cruel joke... or else we just have some very rich bidders out there.
Well, it's gone back down to $143,500, so the bids into the millions were clearly a mistake or some sort of joke. I looked at the bids before, and someone had made several bids from $144,000 up to $10m without any counter-bids, so I guess they just removed all of that person's bids.Loony BoB said:By the way eBay works, at least two people must have placed bids over AU$15,000,000 - you put in an amount, and it uses that as a 'maximum bid'. I asked how it would be a proper ODI if he carried out his initial threat.Pratyush said:And what did you say for a change?
