**Official** West Indies in England 2012

Thought the first one was the better shout, tbh.

Feel for Edwards; horrible to see anyone so palpably out of any semblance of form.

Bresnan's just so, so much better at bowling that people are generally willing to give him credit for. Can't quite shake the "honest trundler" tag.

Still think the extra muscle Bres has put on has made him lose a bit of pace, his back and shoulders are ripped.

Thoroughly entertaining days cricket, Wi on top then England came back and bitch slapped them back down again.

Agreed with the latter, it was the same feeling with Marsh too. He will basically have to rebuild his career from here and the mental turmoil he'll be experiencing would no doubt be a nightmare. Why did they send him in, by the way?

Draw looks a certainty now.

Absolute gorgeous day out there, could easily have gone on for another hour, madness.

Not a Scooby, actually.

I'd guess he's been pumped full of Beechams powders and has assured the management he's ok to get out there.

Thing is, any player worth his salt would do the same with his mates under the pump and it's probably not done him any favours from a long term career point of view.

Yeah, can't fault Edwards for it. But with nine balls to go it really should have been a case of the captain taking it on himself to see out the day. Least he could've done.

Definitely, he did his duty to the team but from the team's perspective, it might not have been the best choice.

Once more WI have shown a lot of fight but been found lacking at the important moments of a game. You wonder where they go from here apart from back to the old guard who may not even improve the side anyway.

the match seems to be heading for a draw
contradiction in terms

exactly....the pitch will be getting flatter from now

England will take their time to build a team and then WI will bat for at least another day which would barely leave England a session or two to chase something like 150-200...hence draw
Avatar bet?

Because you can't bet in this region???
there is something called reading the match and conditions which you surely lack :p
Brutal reading. Just brutal.

Sammy didn't help himself by sitting on his bat and not taking the single first ball of the last over.
