I'm so thrilled to have Mr. Sarwan back in the team. Clearly he's focussed and values his place, as he's shown in abundance so far.
I was gonna be there on the last day but decided not to. So no.aussie said:were you at sabina park on the first & last day of the test, because those were the days when i heard the blokes in the Headley stand saying it
If we can bat all of tomorrow we really should stuff you guys away.. To be honest its a little to early to be talking about saving the match? We aren't at Guyana any more Liam..Mr Mxyzptlk said:South Africa trying their best to save the match. .
hehehe, well said richard but truly it is a bot early to be thinking about saving this test at the moment this test match is going the way i predicted the series would go ``very even``Langeveldt said:To be honest its a little to early to be talking about saving the match? It's just the way Kallis bats...Langeveldt said:If we can bat all of tomorrow we really should stuff you guys away.. To be honest its a little to early to be talking about saving the match? We aren't at Guyana any more Liam..
Anderson shelter, cuppa tea, digestive biscuit and batten down the hatches style.. Wouldn't have it any other way Except when we need to declareNeil Pickup said:It's just the way Kallis bats...
As soon as I posted it, Border did spring to mind, along with Waugh,Adamc said:Alan Border played 93 Tests as captain, so I'm inclined to think it's not.
Edit: Border: 6623 @ 50.94.
The point wasn't really Kallis-related.Blaze said:No faith
The atmosphere here used to be great, but the most entertaining viewing moment I can remember of late was provided by the Australians a couple years back. About 5 beer-guzzling Aussies and I (completely sober) were sledging Stuart MacGill on the boundary. It was great!aussie said:liam mate, is the crowd in trinidad has crazy & has noisy or is the atmosphere at the QPO, better than Sabina Park because mate that for me is the best crowd in the caribbean, i was in guyana thats ground is pretty lame & small
That's just it! It was sarcasm commenting on the South African approach to batting...ie the sub 2 run rate for most of the afternoon sessions.Langeveldt said:If we can bat all of tomorrow we really should stuff you guys away.. I'd say Bravo's strike pulls the game back fairly even. Kallis is the big one. Gibbs and Smith are class acts too, but we needed Kallis today and overall the West Indian bowling was efficient enough. They weren't too loose, with Daren Powell being the most expensive. Even Powell looked to be slightly penetrative when he was going for runs.roseboy64 said:Kallis gone! Bravo gets his second.
i long while i guess mate, probaly dating back to the great daysMr Mxyzptlk said:Interesting to note that 3 West Indians have scored 196+ in this series so far. When was the last time the West Indies got such individual run production?
There was just one double hundred in that series. What's your point?roseboy64 said:Actually not so long ago. There was Bangladesh!
If you'd seen him in the Carib Cup you'd agree.Nnanden said:Bravo! He rules...
Weren`t you the one saying you weren`t sure he should be in the team Liam?
Yeah, to that I certainly agree.Mr Mxyzptlk said:He needs some batting form though.
That there was run production. A few centuries in that series.Mr Mxyzptlk said:There was just one double hundred in that series. What's your point?
