Being very optimistic me thinks. I would take even one coming back as great news.

I was basing my team on the assumption that both will be fit.

Otherwise, a 3-0 defeat seems on the cards to me.

3-0 a bit harsh maybe. But sadly a defeat is where Pak are headed. :(

How good Monty ends up being will rely on who, and how, leads England over the next 5 years.
You mean who captains or who coaches him?

To be fair the competition is hardly immense. Other SLA's knocking about in international cricket, Vettori, Giles, Boje, Rafique......uh? I've probably missed out somebody excellent.

I'd just like to say that Rashid Latif is not going to challenge Shakespeare in writing skills anytime soon. He is not a native English speaker, so its not a big deal...but it read like something by a twelve year-old.

Makes some pretty decent if not obvious points though, agree with his Shahid Nazir comment. He has to feature at Leeds.

Have you seen much of Monty, vic? I'd be interested to know what you think if so, you being a paid up member of the SLA union & all! :)

Most twelve year olds can paragraph. I'd go ten-and-a-half.
