There's a letter to the editor in today's paper that sort of sums up my feelings about Boof Lehmann: "Darren Lehmann has to go...Im sick of watching him put his arms around Michael Clarke to reinforce his reputation as the mentor for Australia's young guns. We should be picking someone who is currently scoring runs"
I predict he will score runs (perhaps a double Century) in the third Test .

When someone is questioned, everyone then presumes that they will score runs in the next match they play in-which usually happens!? Doesn't mean that tomorrow (depends if we bat first or last) he will prove his doubters wrong?!

A great Idea to make the series interesting.

I have a very interesting idea, in order to make the series more interesting and competitive, the Australian women's team should be allowed to play against Pakistanis. I believe it will result into a more interesting contest and for a change the match might last for full 5 days to the delight of the ticket payers.

Just imagine, Akhter vs Aussie women batters

Aus women pacers vs Pakistani batsmen.

I think Pak batters would struggle even against the fairer *** :p

I think if such a match proves to be competitive then such matches must be made a regular feature of Aus-pak series!

Are you suggesting that women can't play cricket? Or that they couldn't possibly be as good if not better than the men? ***ist overtones...

Maybe Australian women team could have played the third test against India when India had lost the first two

Well, women's cricket tends to be played with much slower scoring rates with lower totals being made. I've never watched a professional women's game of cricket, so I obviously can't say, but there are certainly things to suggest that many men are more naturally advantaged...

You are dead right. Mens cricket is definetly of a superior quality..skill wise at least. Anyone who tries to argue with that can't be right in the head

In the 70's, the Indian woman's cricket team had a coach who never found a place in our club side. Yes we were a top club in Delhi but still he was a lousy cricketer and he coached them !!

I suppose woman's cricket standards may have improved over the years but I dont think there is any comparison whatsoever.

I don't think a woman has enough guts to face a delivery bowled by Shoaib Akhtar or Brett Lee or any fast bowler
