Yeah, normally. Although when SL came they invited Cozier, which I thought was odd.
Cozier probably will come again, but I'd love it if Holding came.

Not to mention the fact Hayden called "wait" then tore off down the wicket without bothering to look up to see what was going on.
It was Hayden's schoolboy error, and he rightly sacrificed himself.
