I can't believe I ate the whole thing
A score of 300 with the middle order all making 50s would be a good result despite losing the Test. NZ should try and get the inexperienced line up as much time in the middle as possible, and not worry about anything else. IMO of course.

Not what I'd do. I'd bat like it's a one-day game, try to set Australia 150, then hope Vettori as an absolute screamer on day five.

Really long shot, but may as well.

Nothing for NZ to do here and play towards the enevitable (well its been known since day 2 afternoon anyway). Just get some practise in before playin the windies and try to make a semi-decent score for once.
