Jesus Christ  , is it me or is it a pattern every f**king time Australia look like their getting away from England throughout the summer, they keep striking back.

Nothing's changed - Harmison get wicket off crap delivery and Hayden gives his wicket away for the 59th time in succession.

Absolutely rubbish bowling all round, was only a matter of time before Flintoff & Harmison didn't quite get it right to rescue the rubbish the opening bowlers served up.

England wasting the conditions, bowling way too short.
We've seen this at Leeds before, of course. Shades of India in 2002 & SA in 2003. As I said earlier, I would imagine McGrath will clean up on this track.

yep thats true, bowlers tend to get silly when bowling at Headingly, but when Pigeon gets the ball this afternoon he'll show all how to bowl perfectly on this pitch.

OK, now I'm confused. First look and replay suggest a massive edge, and Ultra Motion suggests nowt. But what was the noise?!

Anyway I would have preferred England to have played Prior as sub instead of Solanki, but I was half-expecting it as teams will no doubt be bluffing and double bluffing over who'll be substitute, I'd be surprised if the substitute was regularly the same player as well.

Have decided it must have been out. The ball changes direction... wonder what Gilchrist will have to say to him later?

And what a horrible shot from Ponting. Justice done?

Third time in a row Collingwood has gotten Symonds now (1 was a run-out). I presume Solanki will be coming on for the taff shortly.
