Made a classic by some lacklustre batting by the Indians.
wouldnt call it lacklustre more, lacking of a plan...comming in to defend is always a bad idea. esp with a hyped bowling attack that is well up to disprove the odds

I totally agree Arjun.

While I doubt India could have won the match, they had no business to show they had given up trying and allow Pakistan to attack with no worry in the world.

Amazing tactics by players who have played so much cricket.

usually wen its between tendulkar and sum1, tendulkar wins...thats why im concerened, but the positives pakistan have got from this series.
a brilliant test all rounder in shahid afridi...yes he needs grooming
younis khan a great number 3
akmal...classy keeper
inzi a capable captain
kaneria...doing wot warne couldnt.

all thats lacking is a reliable starting pair and a reliaable seam attack :)
I differ slightly.

A very good batting side if they get a good pair at the top.

A very good wicket keeper batsman.

One good spinner.

Rest, from the over point of view of this series, is not that great, including Sami and Afridi's bowling. Afridi has definitely improved as a bowler but we need to see more. Sami has been inconsistent. Razzaq lacklustre.

I suppose the bowlers left home may make a better attack but then we are talking of these.

If Karthik and the tail can survive 32 overs that are left after tea with six men around the bat then Kaneria, Afridi and Arshad should take up gilli danda.

I dont think it will come to that.

Ramesh Powar's Test debut?
Okay I bet a thousand bucks and give you 1 in 5 odds that Ramesh Powar will not debut for India in the next test.

AND 5000 bucks at 1 in 3 that he wont make a test debut in the entire series (whichever the next series is)

Come On Sami
Wot A *************************************************** Ball
He should bowl both leg spinners in tandem.

Sami is easier to play PLUS with spinners they might get in more overs.

Tendulkar gone! Surely Pakistan should win from here...
He HAD to go. You cant keep defending like this with so many men around. Sachin was living on borrowed time.
