India will only be thinking about winning the series now, they will be more than happy to settle for a draw and a 1-0 series win. Pakistan really need Kaneria or someone to take two or three quick wickets to put some pressure on India - if they can knock over The Wall early on they are in with a good chance I think.

Seems to me India is going for a draw rather than a win, although a win is very much possible. I think Inzi took a risk declaring so early.

draw looks likely unless pakistani bowlers can do a bit of a mircle here...pakistan deserve this so much...as india did in mohali i guess...but its been more luck on indias side then resiliance. sorry if that offends any1...but gambhir should have been out and then i felt razzaq had him trapped LBW...balls in the air not going to hand etc etc...afridi showing heart...although seems to b getting a little too agressive...kaneria bowling well, razzaq afridi sami and kaneria have to do the business..3/4 wickets in the next session is a minimum requirement for pakistan. i do think if india get to last 20 overs with 6-7 wickets left and a run rate of 6-7 an over they will go for it. come on boys!!!!!!!

Pakistan have had their own slice of luck this morning....a gifted run out from the Indians.

Well. India dont seem to have any intention to go for the runs. That is something in Pakistan's favour. Inzemaam can attack as much as he wants now.

I am not sure about the LBW but there was the snick but it didnt look THAT obvious from the original play. Though slow motion showed a thin edge.

But Pakistan need to get on. Also appealing for everything, even when clearly not out, can , sometimes be counterproductive.

I think it will still be a close call for India if Inzy keeps attacking.

I am surprised he did not bring the off spinner before lunch to bowl at left handed Gambhir.

Ganguly's captaincy and batting being reflected in India's dismal peformance.

India's approach this morning was dismal. If you become defensive then Pakistan can go all out attacking as they are in no danger of losing.

Ganguly should have come in at #3 but he has no guts. He will probably lose this game on strategy, tactics and his dismal batting. Time for India to have a new captain - I said that 2 series ago. Ganguly has contributed a certain attitude to Indian cricket that is invaulable but he outgrew that contribution long time ago. :@

The more defense India plays the faster they will lose. Count on it.

India is playing a Pakistan team in disarry (no Shoiab, new wk, some young, inexperienced players, low on morale) at home and losing ! :blink:

If Sachin stays intent on blocking everything it will end sooner than later. He needs to play normally. Then alone there is a slim chance.

i wouldnt call that luck i call that stupid calling and brilliant fielding, luck is not being given out when u r out...justice done in the end tho
