Yeah I suppose you are right.Well for one the clarity of those images would be pretty poor and for another they would also find it harder to control what particular images they wanted to see. They'd have to ask the 3rd umpire to rewind to a certain scene and freeze on a certain spot and it would be incredibly clumsy.
