Sol was still officially the 2nd quickest player in the Prem over the last two seasons. Link.

Safe to assume he was even quicker in his Arsenal pomp, I'd reckon.
Hmm, very surprising indeed. No surprise to see Walcott top though. His pace really is staggering, even more so when you see it in real life, your eyes struggle to keep up.

I think because Sol is such a unit and covers ground with so few strides people don't appreciate just how fast he really is.

I'd imagine the data probably refers to flat out speed tho; blokes like Lennon and Agbonlahor who are like **** off a wet shovel aren't on the list, but over five yards are lightening.

Vela and Theo were terrible, both could have won that game for us but choked big time. Ramsey, Wilshere, Merida were good particularly the first two who showed a fair bit of quality. Song was good too. Our defence of Silvestre, Bartley, Cruise and Gilbert just made me laugh.

Ah well, just pray we get some players back for Anfield this weekend. Epic, epic game coming up.

I want Stuttgart in the next round. So we can welcome Jens back and so we can kick the **** out of Hleb.

Still shocking to see that haa. I would have bet my PS3 that Campbell had slown down considerably based on seeing him in the last couple years. But hey i reckon he i still a better centre half back-up to Rio/Vidic/Evans than Brown/O'Shea, so if that speed is real it could be another clever grab from SAF.

A impressive show could probably get him considered for ENG too

One of your lot would probably get injured and face 3 months out the luck you have
Yeah but the worst bit is we'd be told that they would only be out for a fortnight, which would then turn into a 3 month lay off. (According to Uppecut anyway ) :p

Rubbish TBH. Campbell is awful. End of. Even Carragher's better than him. Would much rather the talentless Oliver Gill than him.

Wouldnt say Campbell is awful, personally I feel we should ride it out and encourage youth. Possibly recall Catchcart from loan? Either way, signing Campbell would either have to be a monthly deal, or were paying alot of wages untill the end of the year, which will oblige fergie to at least make him backup, thus costing Evans and others the chance to play.

Bear in mind by the time Campbell can sign we'll most likely have Vidic, Evans, Brown and O'shea back........

I hope Inter can get a good draw for the next 16. WOuldn't mind if Inter got Arsenal, although theywill probably beat us 5-0 at the Emirates.
