In my opinion football is going down hill in terms of being a good sport... Someone's tackled and its a national emergency... and they get paid way to much money a week... what the hell would u want with £70,000 a week? God, im sure i couldnt spend that much money in a week....

i agree, the sport has been getting shitter and shitter in the last few years, its a disgusting multi million pund business where the teams with more money can virtually can buy whatever they like and do whatever they please, although international football for the most part isnt any better imo, cricket is the best sport in the country imo and, and has been for a good long time now.

Because no side looked capable of doing anything whatsoever in the opponents' half.
"but still had five big chances to Norway's two and a bit"

If the defending is worse than the attacking it doesn't matter how bad or good they both are - merely the relative quality.

just seen the goals, looks like the scots got lucky with some awful defending which lead to 2 awful goals.

This is more or less the same game as I watche on Saturday. We're having loads of possession, but no end product.

Rooney on the left is a joke, I agree. Eriksson seems to be bending over backwards to accomodate Beckham at the moment. Sure, he's made some decent passes, but against a better side he'll be a liability in the "holding" role.

BTW, my heart skipped a beat when Fat Frank started limping. I have him in all 3 of my fantasy teams! :p

Agreed and cricket is only just being recognised as a great sport, to those who follow other sports.... if that makes sense

Takes Lampard off, brings Hargreaves on...

As the fans are supposedly chanting SACK THE SWEDE - if that happens that'll be better than England winning 5-0 for sure.
