*Official* English Football Season 2005-06

What most disgusted me about the Arsenal game was Wenger coming out afterwards, and saying that out of the two tackles, the Bolton player should have been sent off, but the Arsenal man shouldn't (forgotten which players were involved). They were identical, man! Well, apart from the fact the Bolton man got the ball and the Arsenal player didn't, that is. Wenger is a true ****.

maybe its just a coincidence but both Chelsea and Barcelona have slipped up at the same time, with Barecelona's recent run of 3 defeats out of 4 causing more drama in La liga than here, hopefully chelsea lose a few more games soon...

Moxey = left winger. Carlisle = right winger.

Not at all convinced by Gill, mind. Have much reason to be grateful for cricket coaching to clash with Saturday afternoons, it sounds...!
Yes, but if Moxey played on the left, Challinor could switch to the right. Clay needs to replace Buckle.

Not looking forward to York on Saturday, still theres always the FA trophy:unsure:

They won't.

Until recently, I thought Barcelona were going to be damn hard for Chelsea to beat. On recent form, I don't think so.

Why would you want to switch Challinor?

Hey stop questioning me, i'm in panic-mood at the moment. I've had many more years of seeing our seasons unravel before my bloodshot eyes

I'm currently on the third level of panic "Somethings got to be done"

it goes thus

1. well surely it can't happen again
2. oh dear it is
3. somethings got to be done (anything)
4. I must have kicked lots of small puppies in a previous life, I'll repent and become a buddhist
5. your all a bunch of useless *****, and I'm never coming back to this godforsaken place (St James Park)
6. well we've got some good youngsters coming through, maybe next season?8-)

Understandable. Exeweb.com is currently drowning amidst conspiracy theories and flamebait over Inglethorpe/Hiley/Perryman/Clay/Moxey/Centre of Excellence.

If we beat York on Saturday, I bet it'll all turn round to "going up". Sometimes we make Indian cricket fans seem rational. I still believe we'll get the playoffs - we're not as good as the first eight games of the season have suggested, and not as bad as the last eight have. Rather we were crap in February than crap in April.

Slightly unrelated, I'm beginning to believe miracles do happen. Xpression FM FC (who, you may remember, started the season with a 15-1 thrashing) are now top of the third division of the intra-mural league following a 2-0 win over the Bracton Law Society on Sunday. If we can turn 41 goals conceded in six games into none conceded in two hours, anything's possible.

Then they have a chance.

It depends if the Prima Donna's want to play or not.
They turned up today and but it wasn't enough. Interesting enough all the goal scorers were all Brazilian. They're almost as bad as Inter exceot with the many Argentinans in the team.

I didn't catch the game because of work, but I assume Arsenal were unlucky against the Spanish 'B' team (Liverpool if you didn't work it out)?

Jens Lehmann was unlucky. He was fantastic for 88 minutes but unfortunately Aleksandr Hleb decided that Luis Garcia would be better left three yards out in front of an open goal than marked. Liverpool could have won that by four or five.
