You'd have thought the fact that Chapple was absolutely awful in the semi, and has been absolutely awful in almost every Twenty20 game he's played this year, might have given Chilton a clue, the guy shouldn't be playing let a lone bowling...

Game over now

Just shows what a good bowler he is now, Wood carved Chapple to all parts but Fred basically does him with pace.

Still can't see it happening for Lancs, but with the England hat on it's good to see.

it does go to show that there is a place in Twenty20 for a bowler of high quality, they can get results..despite what some people do say

Blackwell goes to Keedy's first ball - can the big fat idiot not contain himself for ONE BALL against spin? When we only need a run a ball or less to win? Pillock.

Yea, horrific stats - quite an achievement to have an economy rate of over 10 when you've bowled 22 overs this year.

well Blackwell goes, Keedy tempts him and gets him at Long on. Smith still the key, the rate is easy and if he stays in its a foregone conclusion. Lets see what Symonds does

Think Chilton has to bowl Fred out now. Should he come round wicket to Fat Gray tho? Seems to do the trick for Gilly.

Unless Keedy gets him first, obv.

I don't think round the wicket to Fat Gray would be as effective as it is to Gilchrist - Fat Gray's a lot bigger than Gilchrist, and a ball that might be in the corridor of uncertainty for Gilchrist might get flicked through midwicket by Smith with those long arms.

Dont be moking me mate, this isn't funny....

hahaha :D oh dear Jesus, you have to excuse me mate, but i'm a bit tired & i'm now hearing the news of the final, Old trafford will be utterly disappointed for the wrest of the week, we were so dominant throughout the groups stages and loose the final f**k, i am the most disappointed person in the country tonight  .

Lancashire have chocked again, and the achievements board hasn't been written on now still since 99 (arghhhhhhhhh)

Oh dear. First Surrey lose and then Lancs get beat in the final. Oh, woe is me.
<drifts away, whistling merrily and muttering something about how it's a shame Yorkshire didn't quite make it to finals day only to get beaten in the semi's which would've made the day even more splendid>
