So you think that in 5 years time the 18 counties will have just 1 Englishman each?

I know 5 years is a fair while, but I think I can sfely dispute that.

Marc it not right for Overseas player to come here on English/EU Passports and just play for the money not to play for England

Marc you dont play cricket oand are not Involved so you will not know what effect it will have

I said at this rate... of course it going to slow down but the Counties seem to pick them up and not bothering with Young Talent

Warwick for example could have a bowling attack of which none where born in England

Brown,Pretouris, Streak, Carter

And if someone can't displace Neil Carter from the line-up they're not going to play for England.

They won't in the near future, no.
But 5 years is a long time... as someone from Sussex would tell you.

Marc's team might in with a shout of D1 if Ian Bell continues to have the season he had last year. Is Nick Knight still going on or has he retired? Pity he never fully took his chances at Test level as I always felt he was a fine player.

Nick Knight's still going strong, certainly.
Warks' batting is almost as strong as it was last season (don't think Hogg is playing this season) and certainly if they can use the same breathtakingly sensible tactics they used last season they're in with a decent shout.

I do find the new formats a little hard to justify.
I was perfectly happy with the NL\C&G split as it was.
