Still fancies a recall to the national colours, maybe?

Think Nicholson has UK passport, BTW, so not technically a Kolpak player. Steve Crook's an Aussie too, so he may be in same boat. & there's Wessels jnr too, obv.
Crook has English parents

Chris Rogers and Matthew Nicholson are the overseas players, Ganguly is replacing Rogers.

Lance Klusener is on a kolpak contract.

Charl Pietersen is i think still a kolpak and Crook i think has a british passport.

I'm surprised you're bothered. I thought you'd be satisfied by gawking at some biceps and the odd smile.
You obviously don't know many woman then.... there are plenty of woman who enjoy cricket for what it is and I'm sure Anna is one of those too.

There's no need to make offensive comments towards another member.

Cricinfo didn't list a MOM - and I don't remember any awards in the groups previously.

It was more likely a "sponsors" award which will always go to a player from the team who's being sponsored.

Bit like in football, the match ball sponsor picks a home player as man of the match even if they lose 6-0!

More strange decisions from Chilton: Marshall was down at ten, below the captain himself, Croft, Smith and Hogg. Yorkie spinners looked unhittable.

Warwickshire need to bowl out Worcestershire for 146 or less to progress at Yorkshire's expense.

Unless, of course, Glamorgan beat Somerset, in which case Glamorgan come third and don't qualify as their NRR is pants.

Surrey cruising past Kent - which means Sussex can finish third at the Spitfires' expense if they beat Essex...

Yorkshire qualify. Now all that remains is to decide who gets the home draws... and of course if Sussex can somehow strangle Essex in the last four overs at Hove.

Intriguingly messy finish at Hove...

North - Notts 12, Leics 12, Yorks 9
South - Essex 12, Surrey 10, Kent 10

Home: Glos, Notts, Essex, Leics
Away: Northants, Surrey, Kent, Yorks

Thank you James. I follow a lot of sports, actually, & that doesn't mean I can't find members of the opposite *** attractive....You don't see me kicking up a stink about you guys drooling over the female tennis players (well, I admit I've said a few things about Myskina :D ) so, personally, I don't think you've got a leg to stand on in this argument.

Anyway.....Somerset finally won a match....it comes too late, but still, it's a win.

i was there...it was a nightmare....Chilton and management were clueless...sadly Yorkshire killed us, I was amongst the crowd who all of a sudden thought they were best in the country...I had to remind them a number of times who is top of the CC and who is battling relegation

ha ha, put them in their place.

The whole deicsion to elevate Astle for the last 3 games after Marshall had just hit 2 good scores opening baffled me, especially as he isn't great form

Astle is looking, at the moment, like not such a great signing

Of course not, if you did you'd see all the patronising blokes on here rushing to her defense... always happens on here, it's like you can here the trumpets blowing in the distance and the ever louder patter of hooves as the knight in shining armour moves in to defend the honour of the besmirched lady. You expect the basic instincts to be to powerful for some of the less evolved, after all there are a lot of Australians on this forum, but it's just so lame...
