And I'm sorry. I know it annoys me when people have a pop at someone like Nadal, so I'll lay-off the scathing comments :)

this thread's a bit quiet recently

the CC has restarted and there are 8 games on.
Another ton for Crawley as Hampshire are cruising against Notts. Ed Joyce certainly doesn't seem to have lost form whilst injured(176*). Sussex look like they are on top against Kent, hopefully Kent can turn that one around(Yardy made a good ton). Yorkshire are on top against Durham thanks to a Tony McG special.

In div 2, there is a Flower masterclass in progress at Bristol, Ackerman has a double at Cardiff. Surrey are on top against Northants and Derbyshire just missed out on the last batting point at Taunton.

In all 8 matches the opening innings has passed 300, i suppose thats not that surprising given the weather.

Maybe Langer couldn't get out of twenty20 mode, 18(15), Derbyshire well in charge now
And neither could Cam White - He was caught off Steffan Jones for 1

After being 149-6 (effectively 7 after Parsons broke his finger) they finished on 340 :D Trego 135, Simon Francis 36 :D

He batted like a dream, 1 half-chance on day 1 (not sure if it even carried)

He's unfortunate that there's so many good options for so few spots in the batting line-up.

Hmm, If Surrey were in the second division next year, Ramprakash might reach 100 tons by the end of the season. Another today makes it 84 for his career

What's the SE Mean, oh great mathmatical one?

It's the standard error of the mean - i.e. the projected variance of the mean.should the experiment be repeated infinitely.

I could've explained that better.

I was having a nice read without being confused for once and you had to go and muck all that up for me, didn't you?

Looks like Gillespie absolutely destroyed Durham. Nice to see him bowling well for Yorkshire, for pretty much the first time.
