Don't really think of him as deadly anywhere - only against Kadeer in the backyard. Not sure whether that counts or not though.
Well he got bucket loads of wickets last season (be it in div2) but he was the top wicket taker i believe.

I know white South Africa is absolutely crazed over sport, but I never knew the issue had such political importance, very interesting indeed...

Good to see Breese among the runs again. This county season can only have done him well thus far and should continue to do so. Hopefully he can move to the next level next regional season.

[RANT]He sounds like an EU player in it for the money.. Doubt he would be bothered with playing international cricket anyway [/RANT]

Gareth Breese has played one Test match to date - in India in 2002. That's not exactly the best place for a fingerspinning allrounder to make his Test debut. Almost needless to say, he got smashed and looked totally at sea against Harbhajan with the bat. Since then he has seemingly improved, however, but is behind Omari Banks and Dave Mohammed in the spin bowling ranks at the moment. A little while back he got 150+ for Durham, but hasn't done anything else really this season.

Trust that he will be back playing for Jamaica next season, trying his best to force his way back into the West Indies team.
