Leicester v Somerset, Grace Road, LVCC, 1-4 Sept

I'd rather Saturday 2nd.
Works for me, Going to Reading + marshalling Tour of Britain on the 1st, so it's pretty much the earliest i can do.

Train?

London > Birmingham > Leicester possibly.
Probably a more direct route tbh.

Indeed. Would cost me £36.60 to go St Helens -> Liverpool -> Nuneaton -> Leicester, or St Helens -> Warrington Bank Quay -> Crewe -> Nuneaton -> Leicester. Meaning I'd have to leave St Helens really early, too. As a matter of fact, I'm out.

If worst comes to the worst, I can do Southampton. If we are looking for somewhere more central how about

Wed 30 - Sat 2 County Championship Division Two
Worcestershire v Essex
County Ground, New Road, Worcester
?

TBH I dont exactly know where Worcester is but it has to be more central than Southampton :)

Also New Rd is a pretty ground and those that want to can do their Rikki-Watch

Would need a net though

Worcester is easy to get to, about five minutes off the M5 before you get to Birmingham

I'd be up for Wednesday 30th definitely..

Can't afford anything over £20 atm. Can barely afford anything over £15. It's 12TT dollars to the pound on a good day these days, so you can imagine how expensive that is for me.

Well these are the games next week.

I think a net is essential but it would be beneficial to make a day of it with a game, as for most its going to be a fair way to travel.

Tue 29 Pro40 Division One
Northamptonshire v Sussex
County Ground, Northampton

Wed 30 - Sat 2 County Championship Division Two
Derbyshire v Northamptonshire
County Ground, Derby

Wed 30 - Sat 2 County Championship Division One
Lancashire v Warwickshire
Stanley Park, Blackpool

Wed 30 - Sat 2 County Championship Division Two
Surrey v Glamorgan
Kennington Oval, London

Wed 30 - Sat 2 County Championship Division Two
Worcestershire v Essex
County Ground, New Road, Worcester

Wed 30 - Sat 2 County Championship Division One
Yorkshire v Middlesex
North Marine Road Ground, Scarborough

Thu 31 - Sun 3 County Championship Division One
Sussex v Hampshire
County Ground, Hove

Thu 31 Pro40 Division Two
Leicestershire v Somerset
Grace Road, Leicester

4 of these games are at central-ish loctions
Thu 31 Pro40 Division Two
Leicestershire v Somerset

Wed 30 - Sat 2 County Championship Division Two
Worcestershire v Essex

Wed 30 - Sat 2 County Championship Division Two
Derbyshire v Northamptonshire

Tue 29 Pro40 Division One
Northamptonshire v Sussex

All or any are fine by me as long as we have a proper net (Ive not had a net in the UK for 6 years so Im looking forward to it). I would suggest that someone in the UK finds out about the availablity of nets at these 4 locations and go from there. If they are awkward with availability, just ******** them about how we are from a cricket website or that players are coming from all over the world and need a net on this day.

Well, if anyone is passing through from the South up, and is willing to give me a lift from maybe the outskirts of London. I could go, otherwise ticket prices look astronomical.

EDIT: Kumble is flying home from Surrey as well...
