Sorry to jump in to others' exchange, but you Fraz made it personal by bringing in 'nationality' and 'racist' in the vocabulary here. You have too many problems, insecurities and agendas, beyond cricket, to be posting on this Board.FRAZ said:

I don't think Sachin will be playing in the series 'cause of the elbow, atleast that's wahat it said on cricinfo. So not having the lil master is not a good thing. Also I have a statement. They should take Ganguly of captaincy, I think Rahul would do much better....

I think many people want Ganguly to go because they're uncomfortable with his strong style of leadership. It's not a typical Indian quality.Scallywag said:
Regarding Dravid, I'm sure he would take the captaincy and do the best he could if he was given it, but I don't think he would WANT the captaincy himself. To me, it seems as if he's better off assisting the leader quietly and doing his thing rather than leading everyone.

You know what , I guess They should stick with Ganguly for sure . Guy's own batting has been effected too due to captaincy . Players have faith in him and I guess IMO he is cleanest captain from India .Remember what happened after Azharuddin departured . Dravid and Tendulkar are the other potential candidates but I dont feel they can be as effective as it has been proved before . I remember some one said something about Zaheer Khan's laziness . Spot on , Kumble aint that effective any more though he is one of my favourite bowlers for sure .. Yuvraj guy and Sehwag are ineffective most of the times . I guess rather than wasting the talent of Kaif , should give him more tests .Dasa said:

yeah if the options are clear in front of you then they should go for change .But if we have to chose from Dravid , Tendulkar and Ganguly , Then why not stick with Ganguly ..
The only person who seems to be fulfilling the expectations of the captain seems to be Pathan . Wicket keeping is a little bit headache too . Opening is becoming a problem . Ganguly should be there as an opener IMO . One player they are missing out is Sadgoppan Romesh though his legs dont move well but he definately got timing .... I wonder if Sehwag is tried out some where down the order . And also Coaching should be changed after a certain period of time ....

Good point about Sadagoppan Ramesh. IMO he was unfairly dropped. He was playing very well when he was left out due to injury. Since then, he hasn't been able to force his way into the team. I remember he played very well in the tour game against NZ last year. He also played very well in Australia in the tour games. He may not have great footwork but he did score runs more often than not.
