Have you read the articles in those links I posted that refer to the effectiveness of HawkEye? It is far from perfect, as anything is, but it's a damn sight more accurate than an umpire can hope to be. At any rate, no one is suggesting the computer does all the work - the fielding teams shouts for an LBW, the umpire goes to the third umpire IF he thinks it's marginal (as many are), and the third umpire makes the decision.

Judgement calls should stay with one man for consistency sake IMO.

Especially his wicket of Pathan in the first innings was such a beauty - when Pathan got that HUGE edge (the same one that Sehwag did NOT get and was lbw) and was caught behind. I guess in this innings Bowden and Bucknor need to step in and get Pathan out for Shane like they did in the first innings. So he can beat Murali fair and square.

I note that yet again you fail to point out the calls that went India's way - because that would just be fair and balanced wouldn't it?

In an ODI if Pathan and Agrkar play theres no reason why they can't bat 7 and 8 and play two spinners and three seamers if Pathan continues this form with the bat.

Even with lousy batting by IND in both innings the game still went into 5 day 2nd session, it indicates the series will still be interesting to watch. Zaheer did not bowl well does that mean AA will be back ? AA is like the energizer bunny, never dies.

1. Asia Cup
2. Any series against Bangladesh, Zimbabwe or any other minnow side
3. Any tournament held in Sharjah, Toronto, Singapore, Morocco, Nairobi or Holland

In fact, any ODI series not featuring the Australians will be a good time. One needs to look at how many ODI series the Indian team plays, some of them being unneccesary.

ODI tournaments generate a lot of revenue, and the BCCI wont want to severely cut down the amount of ODI cricket they play..

I am cool as a cucumber, you know there are unnecessary posts in here.

You very well know Kashmir is always sensitive word, there was absolutely no need to bring that up in an Aus/Ind Cricket thread

Also, everyone else has hinted you that you love to create trouble with your little itsy-bitsy lines and then you say "Fraz is cool, stay cool".

I think its all going light hearted till now but never try anyone's patience, either way one might reply you in kind or leave the board and nobody wants to be it that way
