When all is said and done, he should have played this test. The selectors stuck with Hayden because he's a proven match winner and big time player. MacGill's record speaks for itself, in such an important game it was a mistake not picking MacGill over the untried Tait.

England should attack here and get runs. Australia will know that every run will count double time wise for them to score it back. You cant just afford to let them put 6 men around you with Warne bowling and playing defensive.

I can see Vaughan winning this for England as captain. If he gets out early, I reckon Australia have an excellent chance.

McGrath bowling a bouncer is probably the most stupid thing ive seen this series. If England go off they'll probably stay off for the day, so what do you do? bowl a bouncer to help make the umpires mind up that the bowlings dangerous! BRAINS! :p
