I know Gough and Flintoff and Tudor are here but who will come out as a back-up????
Aggers just listed Mark (!) Saggers, Dominic Cork, Jimmy Anderson and Chris Silverwood.

Personally I'd call up Silverwood, but put Freddie in next game to bat 6 and share 3rd/4th seamer with Chalky.
Anderson has also got a slight injury and Cork wouldn't offer anything White can't... Saggers or Sliverwood is my choice, Sliverwood due to being around the same pace as Jonesy and Harmision, and Saggers is no slow bowler (85+ mph) an has been in outstanding form for 3 or so seasons now. Last season 79 wkts @ 18 around 90 or so if you add OD games

They are also working on Anderson's action...but 50 odd wickets at 20 aint bad...I just hope they don't try and do a "Devon Malcom" and change his action and make him less effective...

Ok Chalky I take back everything I said about you! Thankyou for getting Martyn out!

Although Martyn did seem a bit out of sorts today.

Not a hope, I hear they're suggesting Gough maybe back for the 2nd - add him and Freddie to Caddy and Hoggy?

Yeah Chalky has bowled well and the Aussies just hit their 1st run of the bat in over 30 mins (about 5 mins ago)

As for Martyn he didn't look comfortable last night either....but hey still need to take the wicket.

If another wicket falls soon... then maybe a score of under 500 could be on the cards
