Top effort and all for a good reason, in a interview he said he raised $100,000 just from people giving money thoughout the walk, wish people would give me money as I walked past :D
Typical Aussie, has to copy Beefy for his fundraising ideas :D

As for the Aussies Hayden was unbelieveable.... This guy is unbelieveable, he just drives the opposition into the ground and who knows he could hit 300.....
:O:O:O:O:O:O:O
My money would be against that at this stage.
Oh Marc take a risk... I dare you :P :D

Well Hayden's chances are very good now that England have lost one strike bowler. And you'd have to say that the rest really didn't look like take any wickets apart from Hoggard on occassions.

So we could be witnessing the new record holder, i think its on the cards.
I said that to Rich, then we got him out.

I now state that I reckon the whole Aussie lineup will all beat Sir Don! :D

Yes but 18 wickets at an average of 18 and averaging 32 with the bat...

18 wickets in 7 games for a bowler - that's poor.

Strange, I was allways brought up thinking the lower the average the better, but obviously not...

What Marc is saying is that yes it's a good avg, but it only works out to around 2 wickets a game, or 1 an inngs

It wasn't really a convincing wicket for Caddick, in terms of the delivery. Im confident that it was definately because Hayden walked straight away.

But hey...he got the #1 batsman out before he got 200 so who's gonna complain?
Certiainly not us - any wicket is good at this stage!

Bicknell, using Marc's favourite argument, he is too old now...at 34 he is only likely to have 1 maybe 2 seasons left in him.
You mean you would put a rookie 34 year old in?
If hes a good enough bowler then why not?
And how can you say he's good enough?

He's about 8 years too old to have a chance for England.

Yeah great, but he's taken less than 3 wickets a game - that is the key point.

Caddick: Inconsistent line and length, never troubled Aussie Batsman.....
He did today! :D
But can he be consistent????
The one thing with him is we don't know - both him and Hoggard are inconsistent players, and if both have a good day they are up there with the best.

Yesterday was not a good day, but today is looking a bit like that - I expect to see Waugh get a ton now.

And since I bet on Boof for top scorer, we're in for a long one.
