Was this against Pakistan?

Anything to do with all 11 bowlers bowling in an innings?
Yes and yes :D

Dymock has the unique though slightly dubious honour of taking all the wickets that fell to bowlers in an innings in which 10 other bowlers bowled without reward. This was only the second occasion that all eleven players bowled in a test innings.

He got one measly wicket for 49 runs as Taslim Arif scored an unbeaten double hundred and Miandad another hundred in Pakistan's innings of 382 for 2 with one run out.

Chappelll was so frustrated with the way things were going that Rod Marsh was recruited to bowl and bowled as many as 10 overs for 51 runs.

More famously in the only other earlier occasion when all eleven players in a side had bowled, the wicket keeper Alfred Lyttleton had turned up as having the best bowling analysis of the innings of 4 for 19 as Australia piled up 551 !! It also gave WG his first victim as a wicket keeper :D

Q4. Did he make his debut in the 19th century ? Yes, in fact I think I am right in saying he played his entire career in the 19th.
