Like Viv? Viv played 3+ Tests for 13 years. He averaged 50+ in just 6 years. Sachin averaged 60+ in 6 successive years(97, 98, 99, 00, 01 & 02).
In terms of sheer numbers Richards will never be able to match Tendulkar but those who saw him play will never forget his swag or style of play.

Without minnows Viv matches Tendulkar's numbers pretty well.
I will also say that while peak Viv was ultimate swag for the masses, watching mid 90 Tendulkar for many cricket fans was watching the epitome of batsmanship.

Boland is a 36 yr old workhorse who knows his place. He bowls like a pragmatic journeyman who plays a side role.
Australians consider Bumrah and Boland to be on the same level - pragmatic, mediocre, journeymen.
Not on the same level of explosive stars like Cummo, Rabada, or Steyn in the past
