ok thanks mr wright, im tipping WA to take out the double there
It's South Australia not Western Australia. I think Qld will have enough strike power for the 1dayer. They have Maher, Kaspa & Symonds returning for their first ING game of the season & also have Love & Secombe before they play for Aus A.

The Pura might be a different story. Maybe Hayden, Bichel & Gillespie will play which will make it an interesting contest. I do fear for the bulls though as Andy Flower hasn't posted that big score yet, and he's about due.

It was a typo. The 'w' and the 's' are close to each other.:P

On reflection, i actually agree with you now that i see who has returned for QLD. The inclusion of Symonds and Kaspa should help especially.

Im going to the WA v VIC game tomorrow, so I thought I'd check to see who'd be playing... anyway so it seems Gilchrist, Langer and MARTYN (!!!!!!!!!:D ) are playing!!!

I was so excited I almost fell off my seat.

Gillie also *hinted* he might even keep. He said he'll talk to Langer and Wayne Clark about it.

Went to the Qld v S.A. game tonight.

Two class performances from Maher and Kasprowicz.

Qld in early trouble and Maher stuck it out and then with Perren combined for a 180 run partnership.

Then when Davison and Deitz were cashing in the early overs against Noffke, Kaspa kept it tight at the other end and didn't let S.A. get away, if he had of been expensive S.A. could have got too far infont of Qld.

Good performance from Symonds with the ball was very unlucky to get out when he looked good with the bat.

Hauritz also performed well.

Don't know why everyone rates Cosgrove, Maher worked him out in 6 balls!:O

Mr Ponting, I was just surprised that all 3 played, I thought they might rest after the test..

Anyway, another great walloping by the Warriors. Not that the 'special appearances' did that much anyway. However, Gillie did show a few speccy soccer skills with the ball, haha.

Langer's century was good to watch, with some risky shots. Marcus North was fantastic again (his average must be huge by now), with some LURVLY shots in the latter overs especially. All Harvey's and Moss's hard work seemed to go to waste (wa were 3/19 at one stage) though, which was unfortunate for them (:D). After that, the bowling went a bit shambles.

As for Johnnie Taylor, he was awesome AGAIN, he has been very consistant in the few hes played. Wilson deserved a wicket, and Worthington fought back with 3 wickets after a shocking first couple of overs (hes a funny guy, too). Elliott provided some resistance, but not neally enough. It did seem to take him forever to score his fifty, but it was a good one, as the rest of his team were out for scores under 15. McDonald was the only other one, but it came a bit late.

Yes, well, you should have looked into that before you started boasting about your ING Cup win.:P :D
