CRICKET WEB BLUE 150/1 19.1 overs
Cricket Web Blue won by 9 wickets
Man of the match: Craig
Daily Blast Comment: Some of the best batting conditions of the season and it produced an ultimately lopsided contest for the chasing team. Blue bowled outstandingly considering the conditions, then the batsmen clonked the Greens about in making easy of the chase.
Yes. This is done by seasonal performances as well as club cricket in the offseason.Paid The Umpire said:Just a quick question about the entire simming... do "we" the players improve our skills?
Averages are only altered (improved or otherwise) at the end of the season and only considering a batsman has played a certain amount of innings or a bowler taken a certain number of wickets. Eventually the simming average will be replaced by the FC and List-A career averages, but that's only after a significant period. Also, averages are sensibly updated.Loony BoB said:Actually, I was wondering about that... if we start off with an average of, say, 30 (and are in our first ever CWXI season), how does our average change over time? For example, if the person with average 30 was to get 10 and 10 in his first 5D game, how would you class his average after that game? 10? 20? 30 still? Or is it assumed you've already played a set amount of games? Confusing, I know, but I'm still curious. I hope I made some sense. =x
Hmmm.... the CWBCC will have to investigate this whole 'pep talker' scandal.steds said:Something's working, be it the pep talker or the steroids (ooops-shouldn't have said that! )
