Poor batting reds, bowlers were solid, especially 'Fatty' Markus. I dimake the comment i'd like to see Markus bowl more often and not be disregarded, and now he gets a good bowl im happy he took a bagful, congrats mate. However team result was dissapointing.

"So close yet so far" - im beginning to think thats what we have adopted as our new team slogan! Nevermind, pick up yourselfs and look forward to teh next 1dayers.

glad I lasted long enough for you to get there, and its a pleasure to watch brilliant bowling come from the hands of the skipper, phenomenal performance Ian, keep it up.

GO RED'S We know we can do it.

That is quite possibly the most disappointing loss I've ever participated in. Such an easy target yet we choked once more, I just don't know how we do it. Of course, even more disappointed would be our captain Ian, after a superb bowling effort to lose like that, I can imagine that would be devestating. C'mon Red's, show some pride out there, don't sell your wickets cheaply. We know that we have the ability to win, we just can't seem to pull ourselves over the line when the pressure hits. A big congrats to Zaid for his magnificent 100* in the first dig, glad I lasted long enough for you to get there, and its a pleasure to watch brilliant bowling come from the hands of the skipper, phenomenal performance Ian, keep it up.

Amazing bowling Cap
GO RED'S We know we can do it.
Well I wished you would have got out with me short of that century, Thats one innings ill never relish, because of the result. Century never come easy fo r me but boy would I have loved it if we would have won on the day I scored one, well what can we expect if we had 2 X 2 ducks, that too of the same batsmen I feel sorry for them, 10- 15 runs from each of their inning n we were through.
Lets now make things proper and see what can be learned from this.
I seriously think I can be of more help little up the order, I cant understand sending me in at around 7 down and giving me 5 overs in the match?? Use me for the teams good, as long as the form lasts lemme not come from an innings notout.
REDS REDS REDSS

Daily Blast Comment: Easy win for the Reds in the end. The new skipper didn't get the wickets from his bowlers, but he got good economy from the majority. Markus then sealed the deal with his own bat by striking a confident yet watchful half-century for his team.

CRICKET WEB GREEN 148/1 25.0 overs
CRICKET WEB BLUE 150/1 19.1 overs

Daily Blast Comment: Some of the best batting conditions of the season and it produced an ultimately lopsided contest for the chasing team. Blue bowled outstandingly considering the conditions, then the batsmen clonked the Greens about in making easy of the chase.

Great knock from Waughney was the only highlght for us there, noone else scored remotley fast enough, all the bowlers got hammered - Marjin adn Loony Bob the only bowlers with eco under 6.

we need to lift both individually and as a team now that the CWXI guys are gone if we are going to have any chance at those trophies.

I'm beginning to reconsider my position in the 25Smash games.I don't bat a lot and my bowling in this form sucks.

That was a very very good performance by the bowlers in that game. A huge improvement and you guys showed why you're considered by many to be the best in the comp. Zaid and Kennett were just amazing keeping it so tight, and none of the other bowlers blew things out at all.

That set it up for the batsman and made it fairly straight forward for us to stroll over the line. Well done Deeps on a good return to form and a 100 run partnership.
