It's been awesome in the nets. Can't wait for my debut, which I hope comes sooner rather than later. Bring it on Pickup and his backups. :) And thanks Halsey for all the leg spin lessons, I hope you learnt a bit about batting techniques from myself too :p.

We Greens suck in the 5D form.Hope we can rally together and make a run so that when the big guns go off the new guys can carry it on.Better to do it sooner rather than later.Good to see that we're tops in the 25Smash and doing ok in the OD.

I reckon steds you take things the wrong way heaps. Reub was simply telling you, not being arrogant. If you had of read earlier on in this thread there were a few injuries after the first game, Gibbs N Smith and someone else from memory
yeh i was just remindind steds once again that there is injuries, ofcourse, not meaning to lash out or sounding arrogant, as peaceful as can be..

I've just got to sit back with a beer in my hand and watch the opposition self-implode at the moment.

Class. :)

PS. Go Blues, we can bounce back from last result.

I would have said "That'll teach you" but clearly, it didn't. Ah well, guess some of us are a bit slow. ;) I believe you were beaten in every end of the game, too. :)

Green machine, workin' as a team, Blue's confused, beaten and bruised.

Ouch, that's no good. We had the partnerships, we had the big innings, we just never really looked like attacking, only one of our batsmen getting above a 65% S/R. I'm absoloutely gutted to get a run out, and it wasn't the only one in our innings, too. Need to have a few team working and warming sessions sometime maybe. I know we've got the talent, we just need to bring out our strong bowling and batting in every game - we can't afford to let one area slip to let us all down. Must say I'm having a bit of a drop in form lately. Anyone able to give me a hand, a bit of personal coaching? Determined to improve, determined to push Green to the top. Might be an idea to let some of the others in the team have a shot, I'm happy to spend even more time in the nets, batting from dawn to dusk for me. If any of the bowlers want some bowling practice, I'll be at the other end.

EDIT: Wow, that post jumped all over the place. Maybe my problem is not getting enough sleep. :D 'night, guys.

Gotta say im happy with my return game and it seems *finally* all the controversy is over...

2 wickets and a run out is good, coupled with a 9 not out!:D

Greens, we need to step up here...

We dont want this season to fall away on us...

Its time to rise to the occasion..
