Question-

Who are the Australian Captains who have the best record against India (ie Won >>> than lost) (there are three who haven't lost a single test and one other also with an impressive win loss ratio). ?

Who are the two Aussie Captains with worst win loss ratio (ie more losses than wins) in head to head Test matches ?

.
Bradman, Ian Johnson and Border never lost a test to India and Simpson won more than he lost.

AR Border - Won 4 , Tied 1, Drawn 6
DG Bradman Won 4 drawn 1
IWG Johnson Won 2 , lost 0
WM Lawry as already mentioned Won 5 lost 1 drawn 1

Aussie Captains with worst records V India in Tests -
MA Taylor - won 1 lost 3
KJ Hughes Lost 2 drawn 4

Since You mention Simmo - Won 6 lost 3 drawn 1.
Greg Chappell Won 1 Lost 1 drawn 1
Others - SR Waugh Won 5 Lost 3 drawn 2
R Benuad Won 2 Lost 1 Drawn 2
RR Lindwall Drawn 1

Which two bowlers have bowled unchanged in all four innings of both county games in the same year against the same county in England and between the two of them claimed 38 of the 40 wickets that fell !!

FW (William) Lillywhite and WR (William) Hillyer - Marylebone Cricket Club V Cambridge University 14, 15 May 1846 and 8,9 June 1846.(the 2 wickets that escaped them were run outs)

Sorry this is not a county game but merely a first class game (University Match) So this can't be right.

? Wilfred Rhodes and S. Haigh, Yorkshire V Gloucestershire 1900

The only reason the above answer is not correct because, they didn't bowl unchanged in all four innings.

Correct Answer I believe is Alfred Shaw and Fred Morley Nottinghamshire V Derbyshire 10,11 July 1879 and 18,19 August 1879.

It was W McIntyre and A watson of Lancashire bowling against Derbyshire in 1876. Derby were bowled out by these two for 60 and 78 at Old Trafford and 63 and 125 at Derby. They had match analysis of 23 for 168 and 15 for 146 respectively.

Jason you may go next !

I am sure I am right :D so I am going ahead with the next question.

What do FW Rhodes and EE Steel have in common ?

Tapioca

State Vice-Captain
Looked up.

They were the openers in the first ever fc match played in India. Rhodes faced the first ball of the match.

I am a famous Pakistani test player. I bowled in a first clas match with both left and right arm in the same over
AND got a wicket with my 'wrong' arm !!

Who am I and when/where did I do this ?

Dasa

International Vice-Captain
I remember hearing of Hanif Mohammad doing this. Can't remember when/where though/

I'll grant you that. Hanif is right.

Against Somerset at Taunton in 1954, playing for Pakistan , Hanif, normally right handed turned to left hand in the middle of an over and also got a wicket with a left handed delivery.

Your turn.
