Depends on what your other training prospect is like - If they're only a little bit better then those 8 nets you're using will have a lot duplicates that get partially wasted, so it'd be better to give this new guy 3 nets or whatever. They've got a fairly high wage for a mediocre/mediocre - you would expect one primary to pop very quickly, or both to pop after about 5-6 weeks just with the one batting and one bowling net.

Anyway I got just the one pop (consistency for Dillon), the next 3 weeks will see some pretty good training updates.

However 3 of my first teamers have increased in experience over the past week.

He's been awesome with the ball in the two games he's had, getting five-fors both times. I think he's been averaging 5.80 or something. Oh well, he popped, so I'm hoping he continues his fine run.

Badley popped to proficient concentration as well. I actually had a skill drop today, a 30yo player lost a level of concentration. I don't use him so it doesn't really matter, interesting though.
