Is it just me or do Victoria play better without Shane Warne??
I was thinking that too! :p

WA have gone for a four-pronged pace attack for the first time in ages, and 'lo and behold it works! It's a shame that Beau Casson had to miss out for it, though. :(

North being rested?

Great 200 from Hussey, even if Warne dropped him on 137.

Damien Wright frustrating a domestic team once again. After the pathetic Tasmanian top order struggled against the Qlders, Cling & Wright have put on a 98 run partnership, but as I speak Wright is out...yeah!

Redbacks in real trouble against N.S.W. N.S.W. lead by 259 runs after not enforcing the follow on.

That's coz it's too hot to use this room during the day...

I'm not making excuses for Victoria. They were outplayed.

anyone here go to the Twenty20 game in western australia? is it true that after a copper confiscated some beach balls, liam buchanan (playing his first game, had no name or number on his back) threw them back into the crowd when the cop wasnt looking?? someone told me that - its golden.

please pick mike hussey for the ashes. the guys a freak.

time to get rid of roach and give crosthwaite the full time keeping duties i think. we lose nothing with the bat or the gloves, and we have enough old wise heads anyways.

I went to the game, but i didn't see Liam Buchannan do that. I saw him drop a sitter at deep square leg but:)

Darren Berry thinks so, too. There's a big article about Crosthwaite, written by Berry, up in the Rosanna clubrooms at the moment, lol. Berry says Roach "will never play for Australia" and that Crosthwaite actually has a very good chance.

I agree (of course)

Mick Lewis was down the club tonight. He nearly knocked me over lol.

^ I'll go along with that. Ronchi and Crosthwaite are by far the best young 'keeper/batsmen in the country at the moment.

Hartley still has a lot of work to do at state-level before he is recognised as a potential Australian player. After all, it wasn't that long ago that Don Nash was being called a dark horse for inclusion the Aussie team.
