    Clarke once declared in the first innings of a match at about 235/9. They got slaughtered by a huge margin in that match. Think it was the 2nd Test of that 2013 series in India.

    Good game but England are probably just one wicket away from breaking through here.. Worst case even if the SL lower order pulls off heroics and sets 150 I can't see England collapsing against this attack. SL don't have Fatteh anymore :(

    Magnificent series. Australia have made all the running since Melbourne but just cannot land the knockout punch. India's fightbacks have been wonderful.

    TBF they're still well ahead in the game. Bhajji denying the Plucky Kiwis a rare win in India in 2010 was a closer comparison.

    Ashwin has himself been slumping and unable to stay fit over the last 2-3 years. He was already ahead because he was clearly the world's best bowler between 2015-16, something Lyon doesn't have the capability to emulate.
