Latham looked horrible in his brief stay at the crease. Still getting picked in the BC’s ODI team.

Not the T20's though. His ODI record is pretty solid. Not sure if he would make it if Kane and Conway were available.

Bit of pressure on Shipley here.

Chu once again impressive & should most definitely be ahead of Hay in both white ball formats based on recent form.

Shades of Ravindra the way he carves it between long on & midwicket.

I see more Chapman, though not quite as exaggerated with the long handle and long batswing. I hope that means he can be better than Chapman against real pace.

Tbf, Hay had an excellent Super Smash last season and Chu averaged 13 in t20 cricket before this game. I agree he looks in great touch, but he seems to have hit his stride one season too late.

Took an absolute age for the men's highlights to arrive but glad to see KJ swinging it well both ways and Max Chu keeping up the form!

I finally managed to catch up on some Plunket Shield highlights too, looks like NZC have stepped it up with the recording quality, I was just gonna check out a couple of wickets and boundary highlights from some NZ fringe players and ended up watching pretty much everything

NZ have to use Jamieson and O’Rourke wisely. The mindset has to be that these guys are kept fit and healthy for the really big series’ and can sit out some of the inconsequential white ball stuff and even the occasional test match against lesser opposition. Use rotation.

I'm in roxburgh, tempting to go to alexandra for the game today but the weather looks quite gray

Ruben Clinton – 26-year-old MLC-capped Fort Worthian spinning all-rounder, it appears. Comes in for the injured Jake Gibson.
