2024–25 NZ domestic season

Otago's running is a treat to watch.

Wow Llew Johnson has a horrible record.

Ahaha first baller
Yeah he does 1 good knock and 19 crap ones each season. That 1 good knock does tend to be quite good, but unfortunately for Otago it's happened already in the 50-over.

"Clarke represented New Zealand at the under-19 world cup in South Africa, where he took best bowling figures in several games, including a four for 62 against India.

Getting the chance to play against the likes of India and Pakistan and test his skills against their best was invaluable."

I'm glad to see the George Pie Super Smash is fully on board with dropped catches

Very nice innings from Chu, can't believe it's his first t20 fifty
Yeah, the commentator (Hamish Rutherford?) was saying he's generally batted down the order in Super Smash. Good he's continued his great Shield form coming back from concussion.

Rutherford was also arguing the keeper should have over-called Jamieson and claimed that catch.

Great knock from Chu, his batting has come on a lot over the last couple of years. Otago need another 20 - 30 to put a competitive score up

Good innings, but I don't think his ramp shot is quite ready for prime time.
Then several others tried the ramp shot too without success. Pitch might be keeping a bit low for it. The Black Caps are spoilt for choice with Chu and Hay coming through. Interesting Chu is captain today as well.

So good to see Jamieson and Shipley back. Jamieson particularly must have been super frustrated missing test series against Aus, India, Sri Lanka and England. Made it sound so easy in the interview choosing whether he would swing one in or away to Todd.
