Out for 39 (15), was Box Office viewing
Was a bit of a statement innings.

I think Sri Lanka will rate him as the danger man for the T20s just based on that and will be probably bowling wrist spin at him when ever he comes out. Will probably save some wrist spin overs just for that. They seem to have wrist spin coming out of their ears in their squad.

He looked mortal v Younghusband in last round of PS. Mis-read a googly here for an LBW appeal v Vandersay, then holed out at the other end to Hasaranga.

Determined to make the trip to Lincoln for the bowlers a totally pointless journey.

At some point you just tap it around for 5 overs - in order to make some sort of score. That point was post-Jacobs dismissal. So, McClachan and and Clarke hitting it to the boundary-riders... I'm looking at you.

I'm so invested in this stupid unofficial t20, because I want to see Fisher bowl in something resembling a worthwhile game ...

Looked like a strong NZ XI side on paper, but the batsmen flopped badly and it would have been much worse had Jacobs not been there.
