Borcich is probably the best option, but we can rule him out as he hasn't been around long enough. In my opinion, it should be someone who's been playing for Blacks for at least 2 seasons, and i'd like it to be Richards. I don't know why Smith would be considered, he spends half the season in grade.

Smith has been appointed captain of one the CW Soccer sides, thus he probably wouldn't have time for the Black role. I also think it should be someone who doesn't play internationals regularly, this would allow them to focus on Black more. My choice would be Richards if he wants it, other than that, I feel Simon would do a good job.

a) Doesn't play internationals
b) Is first choice for both forms

That leaves Mike, Callum, Dan, Alex, Simon possibly Jenny Law, but she's all but inactive, I think.

Stumped to who it could be, Smith hasn't really been around that long, and he's committed to captaining his CW socccer side, so I think that should rule him out.

As an outsider, Richards would appear the obvious choice.

Richards is clearly the man for the job, it's just a matter of whether or not he wants it. I know Smith would do a good job, but he's been around for like 2 seasons and seems to be playing Grade every game.

Should be someone who's been active in the dev league for at least 4 or so seasons. Blackman would be good but the problem is the guy just cbf with anything.
