Whatever it takes!!!
Yeah not the stuff you wanna pick up from the great Aussie men's team of the noughties. This is not good from our skip. Hope she recognizes that and changes.

EDIT - It actually is not as bad as how the Aussies did it back then.. Healy was genuinely out of her ground when she threw and in fact, its pretty impressive they were sensible enough to not go through with the appeal.

healy was a lil bit out of her ground sure but the stumps don't rise as high as her face is the problem
(ftr and before anyone calls it up i think starc was in the wrong a few years ago as well but this is worse imho)

Woeful from Australia in this match. Wholesale changes required. Too many of the established players are complacent. Should be denied re-entry until they publicly apologise.

That's very similar to what Starc did to Stokes about ten years back and just as bad. In fact it might be worse because she really has thrown it straight at Healy's chest; albeit not with quite as much viciousness as Starc did.

Some marital payback?

Anyway, match lasted longer than I suspected, but in the end a thrashing, especially as Aus had the best batting conditions on Day 1. No great surprise though. India showed against England they're pretty lethal in their home conditions and frankly, this is not the Aussie team of a couple of years ago.

The T20 World Cup in 2024 should have India as faves given it's being played in Bangladesh.

I know it's still a small sample size, but Gardner seems to be a gun spinner in tests.
Yeah, I think she's very good. Bowls with more flight in that format I think and with more revs on the ball. She bowls flatter and is harder to score against in limited overs.

I missed the chase because I was watching the Test but based on the scorecard, that seems a lot more like it as far as an even batting display goes
