*Official* West Indies Tour of England 2020

England would be kicking themselves to be 2 down for not that many against this WI effort. Tried their best to give away all momentum from last week.
Absolutely this. I think we have been awful and our quicks look knackered. All England have to do is get 300 plus and we will be on the back foot having to score significant runs in the 4th innings.

Whatever it takes!!!
i am not, and they suck here barring lyon and maharaj, which the stats will show if i could be bothered pulling them up. at best seddon park turns like i succeed - very slowly and imperceptibly.

we'll leave it here though because i don't want to take over the thread.

Well, you know the NZ tracks better than I do, so I am not gonna argue about that specific thing here. My general point is that you cannot leave out an option based on some generalization of pitches in any country, that is all.

Reading through the thread and I’m kinda surprised rotating Anderson was controversial. I thought Australia’s success with rotation would make it pretty standard.

The performance so far of the WI quicks supports your point too.

EDIT
Sorry Joe, that one's my fault.

They rarely leave out Cummins these days though. Assuming Anderson is his English counterpart in terms of skill, how clever is it to handicap yourself in a series-deciding game? Not saying Anderson isn't legit sore, just that it throws general team rhythm into the lurch.

That's a terrible shot. Looks like WI are riding destiny's wings here.

85/3 counts as a good start by England's standards in recent years. England always starting at 30/3 has been a running meme on here.
