I agree with a lot of Prince EWS, however for one reason or another I think SL are going to provide a few surprise wins this tour. They won't make the finals, but I think they'll play similar to how the WI played last year. Some games they'll look like they have no chance, other games they'll be very competitive and even sneak a win or two. That's my prediction anyway. I think they'll just miss out on the finals.
Yay looking so good so far.

So much for a two horse race. I think Sri Lanka lead now with a bonus point (or at least equal with Australia).
Exactly! So much for a two horse race indeed.
Without blowing my own horn too much, I was fairly confident Sri Lanka would be competitive and win some matches in this series. More so than many SL fans anyway
I was also very confident that SL would be very competitive, if not win, when I saw South Africa's bowling line-up still fairly weak in game 3. Yes they beat Australia with that same line-up, but it still wasn't strong enough to consistently trouble a good batting line-up on a good batting wicket. Even if there was extra bounce in it.
I'm just very annoyed at myself that I didn't put some money on Sri Lanka. I knew their odds would be very large after SA beat Australia, and for some reason I had a feeling SL would win. SL odds were $3 in the end, but I didn't make a bet.
It was bitter-sweet when Sri Lanka were cruising at the half-way stage with just 1 wicket down, but when SA started to tie themselves up I was feeling a little relieved since 280 would have been chaseable, even without Kallis. SL went on to win it comfortably in the end which is good for the series, annoying for my habit of gambling.
