Top performance from Pakistan today. Gilchrist and Martyn batted well though, and Watson (who was quite unlucky to get out off what should have been a no-ball) and Lee did quite well at the end too.

If Razzaq bowled that on purpose it was ridiculous, you should'nt be giving Lee any more incentive than he already has. Agree that Chris Broad in the past has shown that he will be harsher on sub continent players and captains than other cricketing nations. Another view on that would be that when it comes to over rates and such he has more ammunition to work with.

Remember it's a finals match; completely different to a regular round match. Scores like this are usually enough by a long way. Time will tell!

No need to find the weakness in everyone, mate. No Hayden isn't lanky and that's because he's solid muscle. Bit hard to be thin when you have several layers of muscle on your bones.

Couldn't agree more; if the Aussies get a couple of early wickets, it'll likely be all over quickly. If Pakistan get a solid start, they can accelerate later. Finals are the time for more conservative tactics, especially if your team is omewhat inexperienced.

Fat and bulky is different. Plus Hayden looks a lot bigger on television. He's solid muscle, but he's not as huge as perceived.

And to even compare him to Lehmann is just not on. Plus I'd bet my money Hayden is a lot quicker between the wickets too.

I agree. I still think Youhana should come in at 3, and Inzy at 4. Then they can have Malik at 5 and Akmal at six. Hafeez and Taufiq (is that the right spelling, maybe I should just call him Umar) opening is the right move IMO.
