Its 68/4 of which the Aussies have bowled 25 extras! Yes, you heard right, 25 extras! You were right Tim, a carbon copy of the other day.:) :O :P

NZ will be relieved to go into a match not having to worry about the early morning swing against India..but im sure their confidence will be shot anyway.

I hate to think what John Bracewell will do to them once NZ return home..he will not be liking this at all.

Ashley Ross may also be having to answer a few questions.

now up to 27 extras.

Thats very very unusual to see especially from the Aussie attack 2 games in a row..but I think that reflects just how much movement is on offer for the 1st innings fielding side on this pitch.

When the bowlers get it right, the batsmen are going to have use all of their ability to stay in.

Well at last NZ got some good fortune..Harvey dropped quite a sharp chance.

NZ 129/5 after 30 overs.

The pitch looks good for batting on now that its been under the sun.

arr, then Fleming plays a ridiculous pull shot & is out for 40..sums up his career really.

Well New Zealand are still in it.. It's not nearly a carbon copy of last match.
Run rate is decent considering.. Two established batsmen at the crease and 5 in hand. Could still be interesting. :D

220-230 might be ok, but I don't think so.

I think NZ will get to around 180 & that definately won't be enough.

I say well bowled Symonds for building up the pressure there...good stuff. That was the key wicket, we only need oram now and then NZ will crumble. Good enough for me if they make 180, we will chase it with ease.:)

NZ have sent Harris in, but these days he's notoriously bad for clogging up the runs when NZ need to score quickly.

He was better off going up the order when NZ were dropping like flies.

Oram is playing some rather risky shots but he's hanging in there at least.

There should be no excuse for extras now just as there should be none for poor batting with the pitch having no real demons in it.
