Good from Nufers.

Querrey vs. Murray is a big match. Young definitely capable of beating Ward, so Britain would really want their main man to close it out in the 4th rubber.

God you just have to love what you are seeing from Kyrgios and Kokkinakis. Both have such big games at such a young age.

Isn't the sand more to make the bounce even? Water based hockey pitches are basically the same material without the sand and the traction is fine.
Nah water based fields in hockey are way different to tennis courts. Take it from a one season field hockey veteran.

Sand helps reduce wear (over no sand beach isn't actually better here). Also sets the pace of the court low sand SFSG are really fast (think indoor speeds). High sand SFSG have the inconsistent bounce of natural grass and are slower than clay. A well maintained mid to low sand SFSG is relatively low maintenance and great to play (easy on the body / good characteristics).

For the record most of the courts I play on are hard but they have tendency to resurface/ paint them slow(er).

Huge win. Came back from the dead against both Djokovic and Berdych. Good on Federer. I only watched the berdych match but he looked impressive.

Since Rafa beat Novak in the US Open final, Rafa vs. Novak has been 2011 all over again. Rafa's forehand vs. Novak's backhand, and Novak's backhands wins convincingly.

Novak's gotta be confident heading into clay court season.
