Djokovic has 24 slams
Nadal 22 slams
Federer 20 slams

The difference between Djokovic and Nadal is just 2 points. For eg, if Nadal wins 2012 Aus Open Final after being up a break in the 5th set, then both Nadal and Djokovic finish on 23 slams each.

Nadal was just 2 points away from winning the match. So the 2 slam difference is literally only 2 points. So imo there's barely any gap between Djokovic, Nadal and Federer.

Sinner is just the king of the hard courts at the moment.

Just surprised on how Alcaraz seems to have almost disappeared on this surface.

Ostapenko turning into peak Serena everytime she plays Iga is very funny.

Always been a fun random player if probably a berk outside the court.

Women's tennis obviously has a bit of form here with the Monica Seles incident. Good to see reasonably prompt action in this case.
I watched quite a bit of this match. It was on a small outside court with hardly any spectators (all on one side). It wouldn't have been hard for anyone dodgy to make themselves visible. Credit also to Muchova, who once she realised what was going on went behind the umpire's chair to look after Raducanu until the guy had been removed.

Not entirely sure how you keep people out of worldwide tennis events, but good that they're going to try.

What would you have suggested?
It's a tricky one because I don't actually think he's done too much wrong, he's just been unfortunate (assuming his tale of events is correct). But at the same time, he has to be responsible for the actions of his team. As Djokovic (and many others) pointed out, he's been fortunate because he could afford an expensive legal team to go to war and strike up a deal for him. A player ranked outside the Top 100 probably gets a year long ban (maybe with 6 months suspended), I don't really see why the Number 1 should be different.

I think part of the reason it even went this far is because he's the world's no. 1.

Taking it all in totality, think this is probably what's best.

You might want to look up the case of Nicholas Jarry which was deemed pretty similar but he served a year suspension, despite it being agreed that he "bore no significant fault or negligence for his violation".

This is the case that other tennis players have been using to suggest Sinner got off lightly.

Great win for Jack Draper in the Indian Wells final.

Moves up to 7th in the world rankings.

A real statement performance, Alcaraz the only player to take a set off him all tournament. No doubt he has all the weapons if he stays injury free to win Slams, although gets harder when Sinner returns.

Ironic that a tournament Murray could never win has now been won by two GB players in the last 4 years.

Looks like there's a potential new star in the men's game in Jukub Mensik. I saw his game against Draper and thought he'd done well to win a couple of tight sets, but assumed Draper was probably a bit below par from his Indian Wells exertions. Turned out he did the same to everyone, astonishing that he played 7 tiebreakers in the tournament and won them all, can't believe that's happened before.

I'm also wondering if 18 years is the biggest age gap between finalists in a Masters Event.
